St. Mary's Hospital is one of 13 Hospitals in Illinois and Wisconsin affiliated with Hospital Sisters Health System, Springfield, IL. The Sisters began their healing ministry in 1887 in Streator and St. Mary's continues to meet the health care needs of the people of Streator and the surrounding communities.

The hospital boasts an array of cutting-edge health care technologies including a brand new MRI facility and angiography suite in diagnostic imaging.
