St. Mary’s Vascular and Thoracic Surgery
St. Mary’s Vascular and Thoracic Surgery was established as a center for thoracic and vascular services. Our team specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease.
We are specially trained to perform adult aortic, non-cardiac thoracic and vascular surgery as well as endovascular angioplasty, atherectomy and stenting to treat a wide variety of problems.
In conjunction with St. Mary’s Hospital, we offer a full-service vascular lab which provides state-of-the-art diagnostic capabilities, patient screening and thorough patient follow-up and coordination of care with the patient’s primary care provider.

Philosophy of Care
Our team is firmly committed to the patient. Physical illness causes vulnerability, worry and uncertainty with most patients and their families. A vital part of successfully treating a patient is to educate and inform them of the nature of their illness. Once informed, a treatment plan can be developed. We understand our team will be guiding the patients and their families through a potentially difficult time in their lives. It is important we do so with respect, compassion and the highest standard of surgical excellence.
